Call for IBIS related patent disclosures:
 - None


Review of previous meeting minutes:
Minutes from the 10 OCT 2023 meetings were reviewed. Lance Wang moved to
approve the minutes. Bob Ross seconded. Without objection the minutes were
approved.


Call for opens:
   none


AR review:
 - Bob Ross send Atul Agarwal an IBISCHK7.2.1 Agreement for signature with
   BUG243 feedback - Done
 - Weston Beal, continue working on new IQ4 tests and automation document
   (perhaps by DesignCon 2024) – In progress, no update


New ARs:

Discussion:
a. Bob Ross gives update on IBISCHK7.2.1 Agreement
   Bob noted the agreement was signed by Atul.  The email vote closes at the
   end of the day.  Lance noted only 5 votes so far.  Randy suggested to give
   a reminder in the ATM meeting to encourage more votes.  Bob will continue
   the signature process once the vote completes.

b. Weston Beal gives an update new IQ4 test and automation document
   No update.
   
c. Continue working on TSCHK2.1.0 specification
   Bob showed a draft 3 of the parser spec edited live in the meeting.  He
   added an item to describe supporting 4 versions (1.0, 1.1, 2.0, and 2.1).
   More information on transformations was added.
   
   Bob added support for BUG5 and BUG6 enhancements.
   
   Randy asked if additional language needed to be added similar to the
   IBISCHK parser spec documents.  Bob plans to add this information
   eventually.
